    3. Shipping: Return the item using the shipping method advised by our customer service. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note that the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Inspection:

Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect the product to ensure it is in its original condition. Please note:

  • Acceptable Returns: If the item is verified to be in its original, undamaged condition, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.
  • Damage Found: If the item is found to be damaged, has been used, or is missing any parts, the return will be rejected, and no refund will be issued. We will notify you if the return is rejected due to these conditions.

Refunds:
